LATO Strategy Tool is suitable for all kinds of organizations. It can be used in small or medium-sized businesses, large corporations or public organizations.

LATO Strategy Tool has two default languages, English and Finnish. Other languages are also available if translations are made. In LATO, customers can also have their own professional terminology, feel free to ask more here!

LATO is a tool for management to help them cascade organization’s strategy. During and after the pilot phase, organizations’ own LATO users will implement their strategy into LATO and update all goals and actions. The LATO team supports customer organizations constantly with this. 

LATO is a software business that provides software tool for planning, implementing and monitoring strategy. LATO helps customers to implement their strategies into LATO Strategy Tool, but LATO doesn’t offer strategy consultancy services.

LATO Strategy Tool helps customers to successfully execute their main strategic projects. Goals, actions and responsibilities can be determined in LATO, and projects’ status and progress can be monitored comprehensively. However, LATO Strategy Tool is not particularly designed for project management.

LATO is a web- and mobile application-based strategy tool software. LATO supports Chrome, MS Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari browsers. Using LATO

When signing in for the first time, your organization’s main user(s) will send you an email from noreply@latotools.com. This email provides a link where you can set up your password and log in. We recommend you to save the signing in link provided in the email to your browser’s favorites bar. If you have lost the link, please contact LATO’s support. Your username is usually the same as your business/work email. If your organization has a SSO (Single Sign On) feature, signing in is not required.

When signing in to the mobile version, LATO asks your organization’s identifier which is same as your organization’s name. It is also provided in the email mentioned above. If you don’t know your organization’s identifier, please contact your system administrator or LATO support.

Main users are able to add new users into LATO Strategy Tool. From the LATO navigation bar, select ADMIN – USER DASHBOARD, then select “Add new user(s)” from the right top corner of the page. After you have added the new user(s), send the invitation link by clicking the icon in user dashboard’s “Status” column.

Main users are able to delete users from LATO Strategy Tool. Search the user(s) from the user dashboard, and click the pencil icon in the user(s) “Edit” column. After this, select “Deactivate” from the left bottom corner. Once these actions have been made, search the user(s) again from the user dashboard and press the red dot in “Status” column to delete the user(s).

You can change your personal information in LATO by selecting PERSONAL – USER INFORMATION. Main users can also change and update other users’ information.

If you have forgotten your password, select the “Forgotten Password” link in LATO signing in page. After this, you will receive an email from LATO which provides you a link where you can reset your password.

LATO will lock the user after 5 incorrect attempts to sign in. In this case, please wait for a while and try again later. Other reason for unsuccessful login might be a wrong link. If you have an incorrect signing in link, please contact LATO support.
