Tana implemented LATO Strategy Tool in 2014 and has since then seen tangible results in strategy execution. Tana was one the first pioneers implementing LATO.

– We operate through partner networks and our goal is to reach strategy management and follow-up processes to the entire network. To achieve results, we need to steer the boat to one common direction, Kari Kangas tells. LATO is a practical tool to share goals and follow-up and steer the work done to reach them.

– We want to achieve competitive advantage with efficient partner network management. Crystallizing our business goals, collecting them, agreeing on them together as well as systematical following the progress play a major role in our management model, he concludes.
